Rest in Peace Paul     1972 – 2026

It is with sadness that we announce the death of Paul Stocking who tragically took his life on 26th February.  He was an adored husband of Caroline and dad to Callum and Tom, a much loved son of Janet and his father John (who died in 2005) and stepson of Philip. Brother and best friend to Chris and Donna and a kind and thoughtful friend to many.

Bonnett’s will be closed for the Funeral service at Mintlyn Crematorium on Monday 30th March. We are collecting for the East Anglian Air Ambulance in memory of Paul at the shop, alternatively, donations can be made at the service or online.

The answerphone will be taking messages and of course you can email, but we will be back on Tuesday 31st March from 8.30am as usual. Contact details can be found on our page here.

There will be a time of adjustment and we ask that you bear with us at this difficult time as we continue with minimal staff. Going forward, we will be closed daily from 1 – 2pm for lunch.

Janet, Chris and all the family thank you all for the many kind words and sympathies shown. We are touched by the outpouring of love for our beautiful, quiet soul, Paul.
